Gather Kitchen is a fast-casual style restaurant that sells healthy meals that are both tasty and satisfying.
The restaurant, founded by entrepreneur Soraya Spencer, opened its first location in Dallas, Texas, a few years back.
Soraya is an experience restaurant operator that really knows about opening and managing establishments that serve food and drink. So much so that in 2010, she helped open the Lyon Brasserie for the World Expo in Shanghai.
Soraya received formal training and earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the world renowned Institute Paul Bocuse.
Needless to say, she knows what she’s doing, that’s why her business is booming.
Since then, guests have been enjoying the restaurant’s convenient flexibility, which allows them to customize their own healthy meals and enjoy delicious meals made with fresh ingredients.
Gather Kitchen recently opened a new location at Preston Center in Dallas, Texas, where they’re introducing new items on the breakfast menu. Some of their new offerings include sweet potato toasts, smoothie bowls, and unique breakfast tacos.
The new location at Luther lane also allows customers to order their meals for pick up, and it features a children’s corner where kids can play and draw on a blackboard.
Gather Kitchen’s Preston Center location opens from 7:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, as reported by Park Cities People.
