Contrary to popular belief, FatBurger does have a breakfast menu, and guess what? It’s fantastic.
Although not widely advertised, the menu is quite robust and filled with a variety of amazing food.
FatBurger’s breakfast includes everybody’s favorite burgers, and all-American classics like eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. The menu also includes all the usual sides, from cereal and oatmeal to bacon and sausage links.
Breakfast time starts at 5:00 am, but please keep in mind that opening hours may vary from location to location. Also, FatBurger stops serving its delicious breakfast items at 11:00 am, so make sure to get there early.
I had the pleasure to enjoy FatBurger’s exquisite breakfast in Las Vegas. I ordered the “Breakfast BLT” and my wife ordered the “Breakfast Special”. Both breakfast dishes were superb, perfectly cooked, and so huge I could barely eat it all.
The BLT is a sandwich with two cracked eggs served over medium, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. And the Breakfast Special features two eggs cooked over easy or scrambled, bacon or sausage, potatoes, hash browns, Texas toast, and pancakes.
The Breakfast Special is available in three different sizes, L, XL, and XXL. The L version of this dish includes two eggs, homestyle hash browns, Texas toast, two strips of bacon or two breakfast sausage links or two buttermilk pancakes.
FatBurger’s XL breakfast special is basically the same thing, but it allows you to pick any two, like two breakfast sausage links, two strips of bacon or 2 fluffy pancakes.
Next time, I’ll be ordering the XXL, which includes two fluffy buttermilk pancakes, two sausage links, and two strips of bacon.

#1 Breakfast BLT Sandwich ($4.75)
FatBurger’s BLT breakfast sandwich comes with eggs, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
#2 Bacon and Egg Sandwich ($4.75)
The bacon and egg sandwich comes with a fried over medium egg, cheese, and bacon on a buttered brioche bun.
#3 Sausage and Egg Sandwich ($4.75)
This sandwich features a fried over medium egg, American cheese, and sausage links on a buttered brioche bun.
#4 The Standard Breakfast or Breakfast Special
The Standard Breakfast, also known as the Breakfast Special, is perhaps the most popular breakfast item at FatBurger. It’s the biggest dish on the menu, and it can be customized to make it even more filling.
