EGGscellent – not to be confused with Eggcellence the breakfast brunchery in Annapolis – is a new restaurant in Las Vegas that’s making its way into Sin City’s foodie scene with delicious dishes which are very hard to resist.
The new restaurant is located in the same location where the Filipino restaurant Elena used to be. And they’re now trying to fill in the void Elena left by introducing original breakfast and lunch menus.
EGGscellent’s new breakfast menu features favorite breakfast dishes we all love. The restaurant’s most popular breakfast options include omelets, croissant style French toast, and the Rebel Scramble.
The Rebel Scramble caught our attention because it’s made with chorizo and cheddar pepper jack cheese.
In case you didn’t know, here at Breakfast Menus, we love chorizos.
EGGscellent also offers locally inspired creations such as the Red Rock Benny and the Hoodoo Hash.
The Red Rock Benny features bacon, spinach and poached eggs. And the Hoodoo Hash comes with brisket, potatoes and EGGcelent’s own in-house made Hollandaise Sauce.
The restaurant’s new menu also features tasty lunch options such as sandwiches served on your choice of bread. Available breads include Texas style toast, brioche, or tortillas. EGGscellent’s lunch menu also features burgers, healthy salads, and hot chili.
The best part? All menu items cost less than $10.99.
EGGscellent opens daily from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, according to Eater.
